When you register for a class, you will have that class spot for the entirety of the session, unless you give 30 days notice to withdraw. Class tuition will be auto charged on the 1st of each month in that session, for the number of classes in that month. This means that each monthly amount may be different depending on the day registered for and the number of classes on that day that month.
You can cancel your class with 30 days notice if you want to discontinue classes for the session you are enrolled in. This will allow you to keep your same day/time without having to go into your portal each month to re-choose, but also gives you the flexibility to withdraw during a session. Please look at the “Classes” tab to see the classes offered and the days/times they are offered, and at the “Calendar” tab to see the days for each session. Registration Fee and Class Policies
There is an annual registration fee of $50.00 per student / $70.00 per family due at time of registration. Registration fee covers all sessions from September 2020 to August 2021. The Registration fee will be prorated down to $35 per student / $50 per family for those who do not enroll until a Spring Session (January – June 2023) and prorated down to $15 per student / $25 per family for those who do not enroll until the Summer Session (July-August 2023)
For PAUG students, an additional $2.00 per class is charged. PAUG students will only be allowed into class if space is available.
You may enroll your child(ren) any time during the season if space is available.
There is no refund or credit for missed lessons, except for serious illness or injury that prohibits practice for the season. Registration fee is nonrefundable.
A $75 fee is charged per returned check, and will pay with credit card or cash for 6 months.
